This guided breathwork session is intended for general wellbeing and nervous system regulation. It is not medical or psychological treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional care.
Do not use this session if you have, or have ever had:
A history of psychosis, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia
Severe PTSD or unresolved trauma without professional support
Epilepsy or a history of seizures
Serious cardiovascular conditions
Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure
Are pregnant
If you are currently under medical or psychological care, or are unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Always practise within your comfort range. If you feel dizzy, distressed, or unwell at any point, stop the session and return to normal breathing.
Use in a safe, seated or lying position, and never while driving or operating machinery.
